Beauty in Motion

I hate being taken pictures because I cannot smile naturally in pictures and most of them end up being awful. I don’t remember exactly who he was, but once I told about this to somebody, and he said “One’s true charm is hidden in transitions of motions. So, it’s impossible to capture by camera.” I was like, “That’s right!” I’ve been using this as an excuse for my bad pictures since then.
I thought this could apply for some graphic design too. Today, I found amazing web design done by Adrián Somoza, the senior designer at Media Monks, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This clean, geometric and contrasting design looks really great. The layout, typography, every single detail is highly sophisticated. Most importantly, the transitions, the motion design is really... it’s really... _ _ _ _ _ _. (I cannot find the exact adjective to describe this amazing work!) Of course, his work looks awesome even without transitions. But, it reveals its true beauty with its motions. It reminds me the fact that now we have to think not only about how the visuals look, but also about how we give lives or personalities to the visuals. And it’s telling me that there are so much more that I should learn, which makes me a little anxious yet more excited. Hope you got some inspiration as I did.
